Mike Norton is a global leader in real estate operations with over 30 years of experience managing and transforming portfolios across 65 countries. As Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase, he oversees 75 million square feet of global property operations, driving innovation in engineering, sustainability, and safety.
 

Previously, Mike led global operations at Tishman Speyer, managing over 100 million square feet. His leadership has earned industry honors including REBNY’s Management Executive of the Year Award and the John M. Griffin Community Service Award.
 

A Marine Corps veteran, Mike has also dedicated his career to mentoring veterans and refugees entering the real estate field. He has served on advisory boards for the U.S. State Department, testified before Congress, and championed public service through Project Outreach and the National MS Society.
 

Mike lives in Westchester County with his wife Rosella and their two daughters, Alexa and Jenna.
