Antonia Apps is a partner in the New York office of Milbank LLP and a member of its Litigation and Arbitration group. She is a former federal prosecutor and nationally recognized trial attorney with experience in criminal and civil matters. She represents financial institutions, corporations, and executives in regulatory enforcement proceedings, white-collar criminal investigations, and complex commercial litigation.
Antonia was inducted as a fellow into The American College of Trial Lawyers in February 2022, and is ranked in Chambers USA (Band 2), where clients have called her an "incredibly bright and detail-oriented lawyer" and praised her "excellent judgment and analytical skills in white-collar litigation.” Lawdragon has named Antonia in its list of 500 Leading Lawyers in America each year since 2014. She also teaches a course on white collar criminal law and procedure at Harvard Law School and is a frequent speaker and commentator on white collar and securities enforcement issues.
Prior to joining Milbank, Antonia served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, where she led many of the government’s highest-profile securities fraud and insider trading cases, including the prosecution of the hedge fund S.A.C. Capital Advisors, L.P.
Prior to joining the United States Attorney’s Office, Antonia was a partner at the Washington, DC, firm Kellogg, Hansen, Todd, Figel & Frederick. She has law degrees from the University of Sydney, Oxford, and Harvard, and served as a law clerk for the Hon. Fred I. Parker, US Circuit Judge on the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Tonya Robinson serves as KPMG LLP’s Vice Chair and General Counsel – Legal, Regulatory and Compliance. As a member of the Firm’s executive Management Committee, she reports to the Chairman/CEO and oversees the Office of General Counsel, Office of the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer, Office of Government Affairs and Public Policy, and Firm-Wide Security. She also serves as Secretary to the US Firm’s Board of Directors and as Head of Legal and Compliance for the Americas Region.
Before joining KPMG, Tonya served as the Acting General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Prior to her federal agency service, Tonya worked in the White House as Special Assistant to the President for Justice and Regulatory Policy. Prior to her service at the White House, Tonya was a partner at a global law firm. Tonya also worked as counsel to then-Senator Joseph R. Biden, Jr.
Tonya received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Policy Studies and a Certificate in Women’s Studies from Duke University. She obtained a post-graduate degree in African Studies from the University of Cape Town in South Africa as a Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholar and her Juris Doctor Degree from Harvard Law School. After law school, Tonya served as a judicial clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Tonya also serves on the boards of directors for both the National Women’s Law Center and the Ethics Research Center. She is also on the Board of Advisors for the Duke University Sanford School of Public Policy.
